Eirini Agency

Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Eirini Agency website, digital resources, communications, and related services.

Effective Date: August 16, 2026
Last Updated: August 16, 2026

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.eiriniagency.com and related websites, forms, educational materials, communications, resources, scheduling tools, and services operated by Eirini Agency ("Eirini Agency," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using our website or voluntarily submitting information through our website, you acknowledge these Terms and our Privacy Policy .

If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of the website.

1. Educational Purpose of This Website

The content available through this website is provided primarily for general educational and informational purposes.

Information concerning life insurance, annuities, cash-value strategies, debt-related concepts, retirement income, mortgage protection, business protection, the CASH™ Framework, and related financial topics is intended to help visitors better understand general concepts.

Website content should not be interpreted as individualized tax, legal, investment, accounting, credit, banking, retirement-plan, or estate-planning advice.

2. No Individualized Recommendation Created by Website Use

Your use of this website, completion of a pre-assessment, subscription to educational communications, scheduling of an appointment, or submission of a general inquiry does not by itself create an insurance recommendation, investment-advisory relationship, fiduciary relationship, or obligation for Eirini Agency to recommend or provide any particular product.

The pre-assessment is an information-gathering tool and is not an insurance application. Completing it does not create insurance coverage, bind coverage, guarantee eligibility, or obligate you to purchase a product.

Individual insurance recommendations require additional review of information relevant to your circumstances, needs, eligibility, financial objectives, budget, protection requirements, and other appropriate considerations.

3. Insurance Products and Availability

Insurance products are subject to applicable state insurance laws, licensing requirements, carrier availability, product availability, underwriting, and policy or contract terms.

Not every product, carrier, strategy, rider, feature, or benefit described on this website is available in every state or appropriate for every person.

Coverage is not effective merely because information has been submitted, a consultation has occurred, an illustration has been reviewed, or an application has been completed.

Insurance coverage becomes effective only according to the requirements, approvals, policy provisions, premium requirements, and procedures of the issuing insurance company.

4. No Guarantee of Approval or Coverage

Completing a form, pre-assessment, consultation, insurance application, or other inquiry does not guarantee that you will qualify for insurance or receive any particular rate, policy, benefit, coverage amount, rider, or underwriting classification.

Insurance approval and pricing may depend on factors including, but not limited to:

  • Age
  • Health
  • Medical history
  • Prescription history
  • Occupation
  • Avocations or activities
  • Financial eligibility
  • Driving history
  • Insurance history where applicable
  • Carrier underwriting standards
  • Applicable state requirements

The issuing insurance carrier, rather than Eirini Agency, makes the final underwriting and policy-issuance determination.

5. Policy Contracts, Illustrations, and Hypothetical Examples

Educational examples, illustrations, charts, projections, case studies, or hypothetical scenarios may be used to explain insurance concepts. They are not guarantees of future results and should not be interpreted as promises that another person's results will be the same.

Certain insurance products may be illustrated using both guaranteed and non-guaranteed values.

Non-guaranteed values, assumptions, interest-crediting rates, dividends, indexed-crediting results, income projections, cash values, or other hypothetical results are not promises of future performance.

Actual results may differ materially from illustrated results due to policy performance, carrier actions permitted under the contract, premium funding, policy charges, loans, withdrawals, interest rates, crediting terms, dividends, and other factors.

If there is any conflict between general website content and the actual terms of an insurance policy, annuity contract, carrier disclosure, endorsement, rider, or other governing contract document, the applicable carrier documents control.

6. Cash-Value Life Insurance

Cash-value life insurance policies may include costs, charges, surrender periods, premium requirements, and other contractual limitations.

Policy loans generally accrue interest and may reduce cash value and death benefits. Withdrawals and loans may increase the risk of policy lapse if not properly managed.

A policy that lapses or is surrendered with taxable gain may create tax consequences. Modified Endowment Contracts may receive different tax treatment for distributions.

Tax treatment depends on individual circumstances and applicable law. Consult an appropriately qualified tax professional regarding tax consequences applicable to your circumstances.

7. Indexed Universal Life

Indexed Universal Life insurance, commonly called IUL, is permanent life insurance and does not involve direct investment in a stock-market index.

Indexed-crediting strategies may use an index as part of the formula for calculating interest credits and may be subject to caps, participation rates, spreads, floors, or other contractual terms.

Crediting terms may change as permitted by the insurance contract, subject to any applicable contractual guarantees.

A 0% indexed interest credit does not mean a policy cannot lose cash value because insurance costs, policy charges, loans, withdrawals, and other deductions may still reduce policy values.

IUL policies require appropriate funding and ongoing monitoring. Poor funding, policy loans, withdrawals, changing charges, or lower-than-illustrated performance may affect policy sustainability.

8. Infinite Banking Concepts

"Infinite Banking" describes a financial concept that may involve specially structured permanent life insurance, commonly participating whole life insurance.

The phrase does not mean a policy owner literally becomes a bank, nor does it mean borrowing is free or that policy loans have no cost.

Policy loans generally accrue interest and may reduce available policy value and the net death benefit if not repaid.

Dividends on participating whole life policies are not guaranteed and may vary from year to year.

Early policy cash value may be less than cumulative premiums paid. The concept is generally intended to be evaluated as a long-term insurance and liquidity strategy rather than a short-term savings or investment arrangement.

9. Debt-Free Life

Debt-Free Life is an insurance-based strategy and is not a debt-settlement, debt-forgiveness, credit-repair, or debt-modification service.

Participation does not alter the contractual obligations you have to existing creditors, and required debt payments remain your responsibility.

Eirini Agency does not promise that a Debt-Free Life strategy will eliminate debt by any particular date or produce a specified financial outcome.

Results depend on individual circumstances, including debt balances, interest rates, required payments, available cash flow, financial behavior, insurance eligibility, policy design, funding, charges, and actual policy performance.

10. Annuities

Annuities are insurance contracts and are not bank accounts, bank deposits, or direct investments in market indexes.

Annuity contracts may contain surrender periods, withdrawal limitations, market-value adjustments where applicable, rider fees, income-benefit provisions, crediting limitations, and other contractual terms.

Fixed indexed annuities may use a market index as part of an interest-crediting formula but do not directly invest contract value in that index.

Withdrawals or distributions may be subject to taxes, surrender charges, contract provisions, and other limitations. Certain taxable distributions before age 59½ may also be subject to an additional federal tax unless an exception applies.

Guarantees and contractual income benefits are subject to the claims-paying ability of the issuing insurance company.

11. Business-Owner Information

Content concerning key-person insurance, business-continuation strategies, business-owned insurance, buy-sell planning, succession, executive benefits, or related business topics is general educational information only.

Business insurance arrangements may involve legal, tax, accounting, ownership, beneficiary, valuation, and regulatory considerations.

Appropriate attorneys, CPAs, investment professionals, benefits professionals, or other advisors should be consulted when expertise outside the scope of insurance services is required.

12. No Tax, Legal, Investment, or Accounting Advice

Eirini Agency does not provide legal, tax, accounting, securities, or investment-advisory services through this website.

Insurance education or recommendations should not be interpreted as a substitute for advice from an attorney, CPA, investment professional, estate-planning professional, or other appropriately qualified professional when those services are needed.

You should consult appropriately qualified professionals regarding tax, legal, accounting, estate-planning, securities, or investment matters.

13. Website Accuracy and Changes

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate and useful information. However, insurance products, tax rules, insurance regulations, carrier practices, underwriting standards, rates, product availability, policy provisions, and other information may change.

Website content may therefore become outdated, incomplete, or inapplicable to a particular person's circumstances.

Eirini Agency may update, modify, remove, or add website content without prior notice.

Specific carrier materials, policy contracts, disclosures, illustrations, endorsements, riders, and applicable law control over general website descriptions when differences exist.

14. No Guarantee of Results

Nothing on this website should be interpreted as a guarantee of financial, insurance, debt-reduction, cash-value, retirement, income, tax, legacy, business, or other results.

Outcomes depend on individual circumstances and numerous factors outside the control of Eirini Agency, including individual decisions, insurance eligibility, carrier performance, contract terms, economic conditions, and changes in applicable law.

If you subscribe to marketing or educational email communications or otherwise provide appropriate permission, Eirini Agency may send messages concerning financial education, insurance-related topics, agency resources, webinars, events, services, or related information.
